Cancellation & Refund Policy

Astro-365 has a Premium plan that unlocks full access to astrologer chat, Rashifal, birth chart (Kundli) and the app's other features, which a user can access by paying either monthly or annually.

You can access these premium benefits by agreeing to pay the premium fee by selecting the plan.

• (a) You can place a cancellation request at any time by contacting us and quoting your registered mobile number.
• (b) We will cancel your membership within 24 hours of receiving such a request.
• (c) Any payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
• (d) You will continue to receive the premium benefits, including your remaining credits for the current cycle, till the end of the plan for which you have been charged prior to the cancellation event.

In case there is more than one interpretation of any of the terms mentioned above, the company reserves the right to make the final and binding interpretation.

In all cases, you agree that any disputes will be subject to the laws of India, and the competent courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.
