(b) Birth and Astrology Information:

To provide Kundli generation, personalized astrology readings, Rashifal, planetary calculations, and other astrology-related features, we may collect information such as your date of birth, exact time of birth, place of birth, marital status, profession, and related birth-chart information. We may also process the geographic coordinates and timezone associated with your selected birth place.

(c) Transaction Information:

Regarding any goods and services you purchase from us, we may gather information. Although we do not collect or store complete credit card details and all transactions are handled by our third-party payment processor, we may also get and retain some limited payment information from you, such as the kind of payment card.

(d) Chat and User-Provided Content:

When you use our AI astrologer features, we may collect the questions, messages, chat history, and other information you voluntarily provide through the Services. If you choose to attach an image to a chat, we may also process the uploaded image to provide the requested AI-powered response.

(e) Other Information You Choose to Provide:

We may collect information you voluntarily provide when you contact customer support, participate in surveys, promotions, or interactive features, or otherwise communicate with us.

B) Information We Collect Automatically

The types of information we may automatically gather when you use the Services include:

(a) Log Information:

Your Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device information, operating system, app version, access times, and other technical information about your use of the Services may be automatically logged by our servers.

(b) Mobile Device Information:

We may collect information about the hardware model, operating system and version, device identifiers, network information, crash information, and information about how you interact with the Services. If you choose to use features that require access to your camera or photo gallery, we may access the relevant images only with your permission. We do not use your device's location to determine your current location. Birth-place location information is provided by you when entering your birth details and may be converted into geographic coordinates for generating your Kundli and astrology calculations.

(c) Information Collected by Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies:

When you use our Services, we or our service providers may use cookies or similar technologies where applicable to collect information about usage, improve the Services, and understand how users interact with our website or Services.

C) Information We Collect From Other Sources:

We may receive limited information from third-party service providers that support our Services, such as authentication, payment processing, AI processing, or birth-place geocoding services. Such information is used only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

D) Server Storage:

To provide and maintain Astro-365's account, astrology, AI chat certain information may be securely stored on our servers, including:

• Account information such as phone number and name
• Birth details and Kundli-related information
• Chat messages and conversation history
• Uploaded images provided through AI chat
• App and technical information required for security, diagnostics, and service functionality
• We do not store complete credit card, UPI, or bank account details on our servers. Payment information is processed by our third-party payment processor
• We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information stored on our servers

• INTERNET: This permission allows the app to connect to the internet for all API calls, including readings, charts, astrologer lists, chat services.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: This permission allows the app to detect whether the device is online or offline so it can serve cached readings and retry requests when the network becomes available.
• CAMERA: This permission allows the app to capture a photo directly inside the chat so you can send it to an astrologer. It is requested only when you choose to take a photo.
• READ_MEDIA_IMAGES: This permission allows the app to access a photo selected from your gallery so you can attach and send it in a chat message. It is requested only when you choose to attach a gallery photo.
• READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: This permission allows the app to access a selected gallery photo so you can attach and send it in a chat message. It is requested only when you choose to attach a photo.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS: This permission allows the app to send notifications for daily Rashifal reminders and chat replies. It is requested when notification-related features are used.
• RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: This permission allows the app to reschedule the daily Rashifal reminder after the device is restarted.

We might let other people perform analytics work and sell ads on our behalf across the Internet. These organisations may gather information about your use of the Services and other websites using cookies, web beacons, and other technologies. This information may include your IP address, web browser, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked, and conversion data. We may use your permission to deliver push notifications or alerts to your mobile device that are both promotional and non-promotional. Whenever you choose, you can disable these messages by adjusting the notification settings on your mobile device.

Our application respects the intellectual property rights of third parties. We do not support and explicitly prohibit the downloading of videos or content from platforms that have strict copyright protection measures or violate third-party terms of service, including but not limited to YouTube, Netflix and similar services. Users are solely responsible for the content they download and must ensure they have the legal right to do so.

Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the Services. Children under the age of 13 must first get legally binding parental or guardian consent before using the Services for any reason (both for themselves and on your behalf). Without such consent, we never knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 13. If you think we may be in possession of personal information about anyone under the age of 13 without their consent, please get in touch with us. Their responses are generated by artificial intelligence based on the information and birth details provided by you. The astrology content is intended for entertainment and general guidance purposes only and should not be considered professional medical, financial, legal, or other professional advice. Astrology predictions are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon as factual or certain outcomes.
